Refund Policy


Returns and Replacements

At SoulTree Canada, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we take great care to package and ship your order. However, we understand that due to reasons beyond our control, a package sometimes may not reach you in the desired state.

As a policy, ALL PRODUCTS ARE A FINAL SALE. We can accept returns or exchanges on some cases within 7 days of the purchase date as long as they are unopened and unused. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any sale, discontinued, and promotion items are a FINAL SALE (no exchanges or returns accepted).

If you receive products that are damaged in shipment, please call us right away on 14167002991 or email us at with the photos of the damaged products and invoice number. Do not throw away any damaged product and the box we have packaged the products in. We will ask you to send us photos of the damaged product and the box (in case it has been tampered with). We will be able to offer you a credit memo or send a replacement for the products. If you do not claim the damaged product within one week of receiving the product, we will not honor any credits or replacements past this time frame.

Soultree Canada will ONLY pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped with your parcel. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking number and ensuring your parcel has insurance in case of loss or damage.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or returns on any discounted, used or promotional product(s). Any free or promotional product(s) delivered with ordered product(s) also needs to be returned.

Soultree Canada will honor this policy only if the products are sold by AJXM International Inc. For purchases made through other sources, please contact the service provider, from whom the product has been purchased, directly for their returns and replacement policy.

AJXM International Inc reserves the right to the return policy and subject to change it at any time.


In case replacement is not possible, we will issue you an online store credit or store coupon which can be used up to 3 months from the date of credit. We do not offer any refunds other than store credit or store coupon.


If after placing the order you want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only in case the order has not been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. We usually ship an order within 24 working hours after placing the order.
