Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

We typically ship orders within 24 working hours of receiving it on business working days. Please allow the following number of days for receipt of your order:

  • Domestic: 2-5 business days within Canada. (This region consists of cities and towns in Canada that are served by major courier companies and Canada Post)
  • 5-10 business days for remote areas of Canada. (This consists of regions that are only served by Canada Post and regional courier companies)
  • International: Currently, we have international shipping available to United States. It may take 5 -10 business days in case of International delivery.
  • Order deliveries will be made between 7am – 9pm, Monday – Friday.

The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third party logistics. SoulTree Canada is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes, delays from Third party Logistics provider and national calamities.

SoulTree Canada is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery at info@soultreecanada.com with a picture attached.
